These Terms of Service apply when you use neuroglow.us or purchase products from NeuroGlow by NAS.

1. USING OUR WEBSITE

You must provide accurate information when placing an order or contacting us.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity carried out through your account.

Our website and products are intended for lawful use. We may restrict access where this is necessary to protect our website, customers or business.

2. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours and prices are accurate. However, colours may appear differently depending on your screen.

Our products are printed and fulfilled after an order is placed. Product availability, designs, materials and specifications may change over time.

We may correct obvious errors in product information or pricing. If an obvious error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you and provide the option to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

3. PRICES AND TAXES

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website.

Prices for customers in Sweden include applicable VAT.

Standard shipping is included in the displayed product price for supported destinations. Any additional delivery option, customs charge, import tax or government fee that may apply will be shown or explained where applicable.

Prices and promotions may change, but changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted.

4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

The confirmation includes information about the products, price, delivery and payment.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by external payment providers. We do not normally store your full payment card details.

If we are unable to fulfil an accepted order, we will contact you and refund any payment made for the affected product.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Products are normally printed and prepared for dispatch within approximately 2–5 business days.

Estimated delivery times after order processing are:

- Sweden and the European Union: approximately 5–10 business days

- United States and Canada: approximately 7–14 business days

- Other supported destinations: approximately 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, high demand or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Your rights regarding faulty, damaged, incorrect or delayed products are governed by applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms limits or removes mandatory consumer rights.

7. CANCELLATION BEFORE DISPATCH

If you want to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible at info@neuroglow.us.

We will try to help, but an order that has already entered production or dispatch may need to be handled under our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

The text, designs, graphics, logos, images and other content on this website belong to NeuroGlow by NAS or are used with permission.

You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially use our content without our prior written permission.

9. REVIEWS AND USER CONTENT

If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content, you confirm that:

- You have the right to submit it

- It is accurate and lawful

- It does not infringe another person’s rights

- It does not contain abusive, threatening or unlawful material

By submitting content, you give NeuroGlow a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and use that content for operating and promoting the store.

We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive or unrelated to our products.

10. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

We aim to keep the website accurate, secure and available. However, we cannot guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical problems.

We may update, suspend or modify parts of the website when reasonably necessary.

11. LIABILITY

We are responsible for our products and services as required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights, liability for fraud or liability for personal injury caused by negligence.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.

These Terms are governed by Swedish law.

If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection rules in the country where you live continue to apply.
