What is NeuroGlow by NAS?

NeuroGlow by NAS creates statement apparel for ADHD and neurodivergent minds — designed around identity, self-expression, and feeling seen.

How long does my order take?

Products are normally printed and prepared for dispatch within approximately 2–5 business days. Estimated delivery after processing is approximately 5–10 business days for Sweden and the EU, 7–14 business days for the United States and Canada, and 10–20 business days for other supported destinations. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Is shipping included?

Standard shipping is included in the product price for supported destinations. If another paid delivery option is available, its cost is shown before payment.

Can I track my order?

When tracking is available, tracking information is sent by email after dispatch. It can take a little time for the carrier’s tracking page to update.

Can I return an item?

If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases, subject to applicable legal exceptions. Please read our Return & Refund Policy for the full terms and return instructions.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

We do not guarantee direct size exchanges. Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, you can contact us for return instructions and place a new order in the size you want. Check our Size & Fit Guide before ordering.

What if my item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect?

Email info@neuroglow.us as soon as possible with your order number, a short description, and clear photos. We will assess the issue and provide the appropriate remedy in line with applicable consumer law.

How does the 15% welcome discount work?

Subscribe to the NeuroGlow by NAS newsletter to receive the current 15% welcome offer in accordance with the terms shown when you subscribe. Enter the discount code at checkout where applicable. The welcome code is limited to one use per customer.

Where are NeuroGlow by NAS products made?

NeuroGlow by NAS uses Printful for printing and fulfilment. Products are printed after an order is placed, helping reduce unnecessary overproduction.
