Made to Order: What to Expect When You Order NeuroGlow
NeuroGlow apparel is made after you place your order. That helps avoid producing large amounts of stock before anyone has chosen it, but it also means your order has a production stage before it ships.
What happens after checkout?
After your order is confirmed, it is sent to our fulfillment partner, Printful, for production. Production usually takes 2–5 business days before the parcel is ready to ship.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times are estimates and begin after production. Current typical estimates are:
- Sweden and EU: around 5–10 business days after production.
- United States and Canada: around 7–14 business days after production.
- Other supported destinations: around 10–20 business days after production.
Carrier conditions, destination and busy periods can affect actual delivery time, so these windows are not guarantees.
What about shipping cost?
Standard shipping is included in the product price for supported destinations. The delivery options available for your address and your final order total are confirmed during checkout.

Returns and withdrawal
Return and withdrawal rights depend on the order and destination. Eligible EU/EEA customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal subject to the conditions in our current policy.
